INSULATING JOINTS
Monolithic Insulating Joints are provided with pipe pups matching the pipeline grade and wall thickness and are long enough to eliminate any possible thermal damage to the isolation components during field welding. Monolithic Insulating joints are factory-assembled, hydrostatically tested and subjected to electrical tests in various stages of manufacturing. They do not require technical service or maintenance after installation.

CASING END SEAL AND INSULATORS

ANTI CORROSION WRAPPING TAPES
These are Tape coating systems for the anti-corrosion of underground, underwater and overhead pipelines with high conditions of continuous operating temperature. It is a three part systems, made up of Inner Tape, Outer Tape and Primer for either hand or machine application.
Inner and Outer Tapes: The adhesive is a key in ground performance characteristic coupled with low and high density polyethylene / polypropylene compound backing. It can be applied by hand or with a wrapping machine. Tapes available in colours of black and white.
Primer: enables to enhance the adhesive to the pipe since it works with the adhesive of the polytheylene tape, and has the capability to smooth the surface of the pipe.

PIPELINE PIGGING PRODUCTS INCLUDING SCRAPPER TRAPS and PIGS
Launcher and Receiver (also knowsn as Pig Trap or Scrapper Traps) allows the loading or unloading of pigs and spheres into or out of a pipeline. Pigs are transported from the launcher to the receiver for pipeline cleaning, de-watering and swabbing, hydrostatic testing, displacement of water or air, removal of debris, liquid evacuation and/or product separation. Pig Signaller is installed on the pig trap to indicate that the pig has left the launcher, arrived in a receiver or passed a certain point in the pipeline.
